Pinnacle Studio is a video editing program originally developed by Pinnacle Systems as consumer-level software. I have been using the pinnacle dazzle connection to download from the TV DVR. It was working perfectly. After an automatic update for windows 10, the dazzle connection stopped working. The video and audio capture continually skips and several frames are dropped every second or so. Obviously something changed to the windows 10 configuration.

When i upgraded to a computer with windows 7, 64-bit, and AMD phenom(tm) II x4 925 processor 2.80 ghz the program still worked perfectly but the video playback flickers non-stop. Another problem that people have when rendering video in Pinnacle Studio is that it stalls out after a while.
