A short time later only the distance travelled readout is showing a digital reading, the other 3 are all showing dashes. Turn off the engine ,wait a few minutes ,start up and I have a Ford Kuga diesel automatic 61 plate. The engine malfunction light is always coming on. I thankfully have managed to get a code reader as when I turn the car on and off it disappears making it really difficult for a garage to help as no historic codes show up. I have a ford kuga titanium 62 plate. Since having the battery changed a day after it had been fitted the screen on my trip display has lines going through it. It might that it was going to go anyway. But the clock/radio display which is separate is absolutely fine no issues. I have added both pictures. I have come to two conclusions that may save fellow Ford Kuga owners a lot of heartache. 1. DAB radio dose not work in a vehicle. 2. The ford sync system does not work either. That is, not very often. I have now given up sitting in lay byes trying to make it work and taking it back to Ford has no lasting effect either.

Car drove fine, I then turned off disconnected the battery, refitted and the dash and radio started to work again. My wife said the car had struggled to start some mornings so I replaced the battery out Iyzkk.
